WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., November 1, 2022 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni), a leading provider of software and services for the real estate industry, announced today that Madeleine Talbot-Leighton (Maddy), Product Manager, celebrates 35 years with the company on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
Maddy started with the company in November of 1987 as a trainer for the Rapattoni Association Management Software (AMS). She currently serves as Product Manager, is a member of the Rapattoni leadership team, and contributes to the direction of the Rapattoni MLS, Connect Dashboard, and Atlas Tax as well as related products, while continuing to represent the corporation at major conferences and expos. She also coordinates integrations between the MLS and third-party services, produces training videos for new products and features, and works with customer focus groups and Rapattoni staff to provide high quality service in all areas.
Reflecting on Maddy’s career, Rapattoni CEO Niki Rapattoni stated, “Maddy is our most traveled employee and has visited or trained at almost every one of our customers’ offices. She was very influential in our early AMS product development and managed that team before she moved to work on our MLS product in 1998. Our Irish lass has an infectious personality and wonderful sense of humor that has endeared her to our staff, customers, vendors, and all contacts in the real estate industry.”
As a member of the Rapattoni leadership team, Maddy works with CEO Niki Rapattoni, Rapattoni President Ralph Hoover, Director of Implementation & Training (MLS, Connect Dashboard, and Atlas Tax) Destyn Dagle, Director of Support (MLS, Connect Dashboard, and Atlas Tax) Kimberly Proudfoot, Executive Vice President and CTO Brian Tepfer, and CIO and Chief Architect Nicholas Hook, along with several other industry veterans to set the company’s direction into the future. The 13-person leadership team brings together over 350 combined years of experience and leadership in the real estate industry.

Upon achieving this 35-year milestone, Maddy said, “I had lived and worked in Canada for eight years (having emigrated there from the U.K. in the late ‘70s) when Rapattoni sponsored me back in 1987 and I worked closely with co-founder Andy Rapattoni for years. We were truly pioneering in both products. I have been fortunate to have worked with such nice people and I look forward to many more years to come!”

The Rapattoni leadership team will celebrate this milestone at a luncheon to honor Maddy followed by a toast at the company’s happy hour at the National Association of REALTORS® NXT: The Realtor Experience conference in Orlando, plus additional festivities continuing into the annual Rapattoni fall/winter event.
