Known Issues with Citrix Client

Issue: Connecting via a dial-up connection causes various problems
Description: Attempting to access the Citrix program via a dial-up Internet connection causes various problems such as the screen blurring when scrolling and extremely long wait times for printing and saving.

Description: Attempting to access the Citrix program via a Directway satellite Internet connection causes various problems such as the screen blurring when scrolling and extremely long wait times for printing and saving.

Issue: Mac OSX Tiger users receive incorrect error message when installing the Citrix client
Description: If you have upgraded your Apple® Mac® operating system to Mac OSX Tiger (version 10.4), and then attempt to install the Citrix client for Rapattoni MLS, you receive a message indicating that errors occurred during installation . However, the error message is not correct. The Citrix client has been installed correctly.

Issue: Multi-page reports print with formatting problems
Description: MLS reports display correctly on screen, but when attempting to print them, the Citrix software does not preserve the formatting from the second page on. This problem affects both HTML and PDF format reports, only on some printers.

Issue: Dropdown menus do not work in the MLS
Description: The dropdown menus do not function when users click them on their MLS site.

Issue: User cannot find the file downloaded to the desktop
Description: This situation occurs if you download the Citrix program, but cannot find it on your computer. The Safari browser is set by default to save the Citrix file to your desktop. However, if you save the file to a location other than the desktop, you may have difficulty finding it.

Issue: Citrix program is running slowly
Description: The performance of the Citrix program is significantly reduced if you open more than one instance of the program. This can happen if you double-click the Citrix icon multiple times. To determine if you have more than one instance of the program running, refer to the docking bar at the bottom of the screen.

Issue: Receiving error 1000
Description: You receive error 1000 when the Citrix desktop icon does not open the Citrix program. This situation occurs if the icon is not associated (linked) with the Citrix program.

Issue: Citrix window is displaying incorrectly
Description: When you open the Citrix program, part of the Citrix window may be partially hidden or it may display in an awkward manner. It may also appear with scroll bars obstructing the view of the screen.

Issue: Citrix is running slow or frequently disconnected
Description:

The Citrix program consistently runs slow or you are frequently disconnected.
