Rapattoni MLS Citrix Issues

Issue:	Multi-page reports print with formatting problems
Description:	MLS reports display correctly on screen, but when attempting to print them, the Citrix software does not preserve the formatting from the second page on. This problem affects both HTML and PDF format reports, only on some printers.
Response:	This problem exists within the current version of Citrix. It is not caused by the MLS software. The following workaround allows users to save a report on their local Apple® Mac® desktop and then print it locally from there.
To Save and Print Multi - Page Reports
	In Rapattoni MLS, create the desired report in PDF format. The report opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click the Save icon in the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar. The Save a Copy dialog box opens. In the dialog box, double-click the Your Hard Drive icon to display its contents, then double-click the Desktop folder. The Save in: field should display as: In the File Name field, type a file name for your report. (By default, report file names are not unique, and therefore must be changed in order to avoid overwriting previously saved reports.) Click the Save button. On your local desktop, locate the newly created report icon and print the report as desired.
