It should greatly reduce our costs. The members can go on-line to check their continuing education attendance as well as access their member accounts. I, and my staff, have always rated Rapattoni's customer service as excellent! They are always very supportive with the upgrades as well. Ours went very smoothly. Our next step is going to be to activate our on-line Board store. We have 3,300 Board members and 4,400 MLS members."
