We have new staff that needed the basics and more seasoned staff that needed advanced training. "We upgraded to Magic 8 and love it. The Internet Member Services is great. Many of our members have gone to paying their dues on-line. This year we are planning to do our dues billing by email. It should greatly reduce our costs. The members can go on-line to check their continuing education attendance as well as access their member accounts. I, and my staff, have always rated Rapattoni's customer service as excellent! They are always very supportive with the upgrades as well. Ours went very smoothly. Our next step is going to be to activate our on-line Board store. We have 3,300 Board members and 4,400 MLS members."
