"Recently, it was our pleasure to have [Rapattoni trainer] come out to Salt Lake to do some on-site training for our staff. Her extensive working knowledge of the software was invaluable. Most importantly, her style of training was what staff found most helpful. She adjusted her tempo of training to OUR needs. We have new staff that needed the basics and more seasoned staff that needed advanced training. With [the Rapattoni trainer], staff had a "safe" environment to ask what might have been considered "stupid" questions, but not feel stupid for asking!!! She was patient, pleasant and very willing to "fix" some of the mistakes we had made in setting up our accounting utilities. We were especially excited to learn how to use the newest enhancements, specifically the archiving enhancement. What a great time saver!

"We upgraded to Magic 8 and love it. The Internet Member Services is great. Many of our members have gone to paying their dues on-line. This year we are planning to do our dues billing by email. It should greatly reduce our costs. The members can go on-line to check their continuing education attendance as well as access their member accounts. I, and my staff, have always rated Rapattoni's customer service as excellent! They are always very supportive with the upgrades as well. Ours went very smoothly. Our next step is going to be to activate our on-line Board store. We have 3,300 Board members and 4,400 MLS members."

You can still access and print your old invoices, but they are no longer included in any procedures that involve searches. We archived the first 6 months of the year 2000 and it actually reduced our billing time by half!! It is truly a 4-star enhancement.
