In addition to their new IWS site, SEBAR has been using Rapattoni’s association management software since 1998 and moved to the latest Rapattoni Magic-Cloud AMS platform in March 2018. Formerly known as the Downriver Association of REALTORS®, SEBAR serves residential and commercial REALTORS® across Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio.
Powered by Rapattoni IWS, the new website (http://sebrealtors.com/) provides the public with an integrated search for agents and offices as well as housing market statistics, an affiliate partner directory, a searchable event calendar, membership applications, information on the SEBAR Charitable Foundation, and additional resources.
The member section of the site includes links to pay MLS and association dues, class and event registration, an MLS logon link, SEBAR news, and RPAC information, as well as a link for REALTORS® who would like to join one of the association’s committees. Since SEBAR also uses Rapattoni Magic-Cloud AMS with Internet Member Services (IMS), the new website leverages seamless integration to serve as a central gateway for their members.
Rapattoni’s IWS content management system makes it easy for SEBAR staff to post news updates and other content specifically for members or consumers. This dynamic content helps keep the site fresh and current in the fast-paced real estate market, and the website features a modern design optimized for mobile devices as well as desktop access.
