I always feel comfortable and at ease

I have been using the Rapattoni system since its inception back in 1995 and I have to say that I have had nothing but pleasurable experiences with the support system staff. They have so much patience and handled my problems in stride; I always feel comfortable and at ease talking with anyone of the support staff and they always reassured me that I was doing a good job and that because something is new it takes time to learn. They make my life so much easier because I know that they are available when I need them and do not have to wait forever for a response.
