Rapattoni MLS and association management systems chosen by
Realtor® Association of the Sioux Empire
SIMI VALLEY, Calif., January 3, 2007 – Making its first new-customer announcement of the year, Rapattoni Corporation said today that the Realtor® Association of the Sioux Empire has chosen to install the Rapattoni MLS Internet multiple listing system. The new MLS system will go live for their approximately 800 agents at the end of February.
The association, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has also licensed the Rapattoni Magic association management software for managing their internal operations. Installation and training for both products will begin this month.
Bart Hacker, chief executive officer of the association, said, “The Rapattoni products are extremely user friendly, and continually evolve with enhancements on a regular basis. We were especially impressed with the mapping functionality that’s built into the MLS.” He continued, “In choosing Rapattoni MLS, we also decided to install Rapattoni’s association management software to integrate our membership management and MLS seamlessly.”
The association has also licensed Rapattoni's Internet Member Services (IMS) software. The IMS features will enable members to access association services, including paying their dues invoices, online. “We’re planning to build new features into our association Web site using Rapattoni’s technology, so our members will soon experience noticeable improvements in our online services,” stated Mr. Hacker.
