Rapattoni to provide full software suite to Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors®

Association installing MLS, Parcel Mapping and Secure Logon simultaneously

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., January 29, 2007 – Rapattoni Corporation announced today that the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors® (WRAR), located in Wilmington, North Carolina, has signed an agreement to install Rapattoni MLS, Parcel Mapping, and Secure Logon for its 2,300 MLS members. The association, which has used Rapattoni’s association management software since 1995, will operate the full suite of Rapattoni products following this deployment. The launch date for all three new services is set for June 2007.

WRAR has chosen to enhance their Rapattoni MLS Internet-based multiple listing system with Rapattoni’s Parcel Mapping feature, which integrates high-quality GIS (Geographic Information Systems) data directly into the MLS system. This allows both current and sold MLS listing data to be presented side-by-side with property data from the county tax records on a map showing property lines. Multiple layers of data can be overlaid on the parcel map, such as lot dimensions, school district boundaries, flood zones, sewer line layouts, and airport noise zones. Rapattoni Secure Logon increases data security for the MLS by providing strong, two-factor user authentication during logon.
 
The association’s various online services will be connected through Rapattoni’s included Single Sign-On (SSO) feature for member convenience. SSO will enable members to log on once and then access many authorized sites without requiring separate logons. For instance, once logged on to Wilmington’s MLS, members will be able to navigate freely to the association’s Internet Member Services site to register for a class or pay their dues, without needing to log on again.
