Southwest Multiple Listing Service to install Rapattoni MLS and Secure Logon

Albuquerque association to operate full suite of Rapattoni products

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., May 2, 2007 — Rapattoni Corporation announced today that the Southwest Multiple Listing Service, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Board of Realtors®, has signed an agreement to install Rapattoni MLS and Secure Logon for its 4,600 MLS participants. The Albuquerque, New Mexico association, which has used Rapattoni’s association management software since 1995, will operate the full suite of Rapattoni products following this deployment. Both services will launch in September 2007.

Gary Doran, chief executive officer of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Board, said, "Having an MLS vendor that can seamlessly integrate all of their products, and offer member conveniences such as Single Sign-On, will be a tremendous advantage for us."

Southwest MLS members will benefit from Rapattoni’s industry-leading MLS software, including the popular Client Portal feature, user-customizable Home pages, a CMA Package wizard, statistical reports and charts based on any criteria, advanced mapping tools with street map, aerial photos, hybrid and bird’s-eye views, and much more.

The association’s various online services will be connected through Rapattoni’s included Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, for member convenience. SSO will enable members to log on once and then access many authorized sites without requiring separate logons. Through Rapattoni Secure Logon, data security will be completely integrated with the MLS software, streamlining the two-factor authentication process.
