Rapattoni MLS provides the platform for both the residential and commercial MLSs for WRAR. The two MLSs operate independently, with separate committees, setups and designs. Rapattoni Secure Logon increases data security for WRAR by providing strong, two-factor user authentication during logon. The association is now running the full suite of Rapattoni products, including the Rapattoni Magic Association Management software that they have utilized since 1995. As part of the deployment of Rapattoni's multiple listing system, the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors® also installed Rapattoni's Parcel Mapping feature. Parcel Mapping integrates high-quality GIS (Geographic Information Systems) data directly into the MLS system. This allows MLS listing data to be presented side-by-side with property data from the county tax records on a map showing property lines. Multiple layers of data can be overlaid on the parcel map, such as lot dimensions, flood zones, sewer line layouts, and school district boundaries. "We worked closely with the Wilmington executive team and staff to coordinate the many aspects of this simultaneous two-product, two-MLS rollout, with outstanding results," said Andy Rapattoni.
