Longtime real estate-industry executive joins Rapattoni Corporation

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., October 1, 2007 – Rapattoni Corporation, a leading software and services provider to the real estate industry, announced today that Tim Johnson has joined the company as vice president of business development. Mr. Johnson will be responsible for the overall management of the company's business development organization and serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company's strategic direction.

Most recently, Mr. Johnson served as staff vice president for the California Association of Realtors® (CAR), the largest state association with nearly 200,000 members, and a long-standing Rapattoni association-management software customer. His duties included directing the activities of the association's information technology and Internet groups. Mr. Johnson was also involved in several strategic initiatives in the area of multiple listing service development. He has worked closely with leaders in the real estate community, both in California and nationwide.

Before joining CAR in 1998, Tim Johnson was the director of information technology consulting for the Times Mirror Company in Los Angeles. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in business information systems from California State University, Los Angeles. Tim is a lifelong resident of Southern California, and resides with his wife and three children in Simi Valley.
