Northern Nevada Regional MLS launches Rapattoni management system

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., January 14, 2008 – Rapattoni Corporation announced today that the Northern Nevada Regional MLS has chosen to install the Rapattoni Magic Real Estate Association Management software. Installation and training were completed last month.

Merri Jo Cowen, chief executive officer for this regional MLS that serves more than 3,000 agents in Northern Nevada, said, "Until recently, our MLS operated in conjunction with the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors®, so our staff had first-hand experience with Rapattoni Magic. After deciding to operate our MLS separately, we researched the different management system vendors and concluded that Rapattoni's system is the best available." Ms. Cowen also noted, "The ability to batch process thousands of credit card payments at once is just one example of the many time-saving features that benefit our staff."

Rapattoni Magic software is designed to streamline the operations of real estate associations and regional multiple listing services. It automates such functions as membership tracking, e-mail billing, accounts receivable, committee management, event tracking, and many other functions.

In addition, the Northern Nevada Regional MLS is installing Rapattoni's Internet Member Services module (IMS). IMS enables the MLS's website to offer online services that are fully integrated with the in-house Rapattoni Magic system, providing utmost efficiency for staff and convenience for MLS participants. From the MLS's website they can sign up for classes and events, and pay online for their registration and MLS participation fees.
