Rapattoni generates Web SSO access to Listingbook™ for multiple MLS sites

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., April 24, 2008 – Rapattoni Corporation announced today that they have successfully completed Web Single Sign-On (SSO) access for the Florida Gulf Coast MLS using Rapattoni Secure Logon authentication to Listingbook™. This integration enables members to log on once to the MLS and then access the Listingbook site without requiring separate logons.

Rapattoni's Single Sign-On (SSO) feature leverages the security industry standard Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) technology. This technology allows the customer to establish "trust" relationships between third-party vendor websites. Rapattoni's SSO program creates and sends an attached SAML "file" along with a link that can be received by any complying vendor's website. This process allows the user to avoid repeated logons. Once the user has gained access to a compliant remote site, they can move freely between the websites.

Rapattoni supports several SSO standards, including SAML and OpenID. SAML is the standard most widely used by the commercial security industry, including financial institutions where this new style of integration has proven to be a secure and effective solution.
