Imperial County Association of REALTORS® Signs Multi-Year Extension for the Rapattoni MLS

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., January 25, 2010 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Imperial County Association of REALTORS® (Imperial County), located in El Centro, California, signed a multi-year contract extension for the Rapattoni MLS software. Imperial County currently serves over 400 members in the Imperial, Riverside, and San Diego counties in California.

As part of the contract extension, Imperial County will be implementing Rapattoni Secure Logon, Rapattoni Public Records, and Rapattoni's new statistics and reports feature powered by Trendgraphix, Inc.

Rapattoni Secure Logon, featuring Adaptive Authentication, utilizes confidential security questions and risk analysis, rather than a physical token, to help prevent unauthorized access to the Rapattoni MLS. Rapattoni Public Records enables users to view tax records within MLS listing data. Rapattoni's new statistics and reports feature enables users to view reports showing current, historical, and seasonal trends in real estate pricing, inventory, and days-on-market analysis.
