SIMI VALLEY, Calif., February 16, 2010 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today the launch of an online community for its MLS customers called the "Idea Lab." The new site is a user forum, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, where customers can help shape the future of the Rapattoni MLS. This private online community, which is exclusively for MLS staff members, will empower Rapattoni's customers with the ability to contribute, discuss, track, and even vote on ideas for the Rapattoni MLS. MLS staff members will also be able to search through ideas submitted by other customers, add feedback through comments, and give "Kudos" to ideas they like. The more "Kudos" given to an idea, the higher that idea will rise on the Idea Lab's list. The top ideas will be visible with a single click and will be used by the Rapattoni management team to help guide the future of the Rapattoni MLS software. Nick Rapattoni, president of Rapattoni, said, "Our customers are filled with great ideas for our software, and they have longed for a community within which to share them. The Idea Lab meets this very need by giving them a vehicle for both collaboration with other customers and opportunities to help shape our product."
