BAREIS MLS®, MetroList®, and San Francisco Go Live with Newest Version of Rapattoni Secure Logon

Secure Logon

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., March 30, 2010 - Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services, Inc. (BAREIS MLS®), MetroList® Services, Inc. (MetroList®), and the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (San Francisco) have implemented the newest version of Rapattoni Secure Logon, featuring Adaptive Authentication technology.

BAREIS MLS®, MetroList®, and San Francisco, who serve over 40,000 subscribers throughout Northern California, are the founding members of Quattro, an initiative that combines the information from multiple MLSs into one common database. Quattro serves a population of over 5.6 million people and stretches from the San Francisco Bay, through the Northern California Wine County and Central Valley, to the crest of the Sierra Mountains.

The newest version of Rapattoni Secure Logon utilizes Adaptive Authentication technology which is used worldwide by financial institutions and protects over 150 million users online. With anti-phishing and IP filtering capabilities, Rapattoni Secure Logon does not require a hardware token, and it provides customers a greater level of security for their MLS data. In fact, many of Rapattoni's customers have witnessed an increase in their current membership as a result of implementing this technology.

Jim Branscombe, president and chief executive officer of BAREIS MLS®, said, "We went live with Rapattoni Secure Logon earlier this year, and the implementation was very smooth. We look forward to using this powerful tool to minimize ID sharing and to ensure that our data is protected."

Tom Beede, president and chief executive officer of MetroList®, said "Our members are enjoying the convenience of no longer having to carry a hardware token to access the system. The new Rapattoni Secure Logon is easy to use and is directly integrated into the Rapattoni MLS."

Jim Fabris, chief executive officer of San Francisco, said "We're so pleased to bring Adaptive Authentication to our members. The registration process for our members is simple and intuitive, and we were up and running quickly, without issues."

Nick Rapattoni, president of Rapattoni, said, "Bringing our new Rapattoni Secure Logon technology to the Quattro group is a momentous occasion. We are a long time technology partner of BAREIS MLS®, MetroList®, and San Francisco, and I am so excited to see their 40,000 plus MLS subscribers benefiting from this advanced security technology."
