Mid America Regional Information Systems Goes Live with Rapattoni's New Real Estate Statistics Feature

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., April 9, 2010 - Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Mid America Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MARIS) has gone live with Rapattoni's new real estate statistics feature. MARIS currently has approximately 11,000 MLS subscribers and provides regional multiple listing service in Missouri to the St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, and Franklin County Associations, as well as the East Central Board of Realtors®.

Rapattoni's new feature, powered by Trendgraphix, Inc's TrendVision Reports, is integrated into the Rapattoni MLS software and will enable MARIS subscribers to view reports showing current, historical, and seasonal trends in real estate pricing, inventory, and days-on-market analysis. This statistics tool utilizes graphs and reports that aggregate real estate information to provide a superior marketing tool for Realtors®.
