Flint Area Association of REALTORS® Signs Multi-Year Agreement for the Rapattoni MLS

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., June 15, 2010 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Flint Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR), located in Flint, Michigan, signed a multi-year contract for the Rapattoni MLS. FAAR, which serves approximately 800 members in the Genesee County area of Michigan, is the second MLS customer for Rapattoni in that state.

The Rapattoni MLS software, which operates natively on PCs and Mac® computers, provides an intuitive and graphically pleasing user interface, as well as a highly customizable experience for MLS staff members. As part of the agreement, FAAR members will have access to Rapattoni's public records interface and its new trends and statistics product, which provides reports showing current, historical, and seasonal trends in real estate pricing, inventory, and days-on-market analysis.
