Rapattoni MLS Improves Integration with CoreLogic® Tax Data

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., June 17, 2010 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that it has has successfully implemented a new feature that will allow Rapattoni MLS customers the ability to view MLS listing data while working in Realist, the property and tax information system developed by CoreLogic®.

A new "Reverse Link" feature will provide a "MLS" button next to properties within the Realist public records system that have relevant listing data. If an authorized user clicks the "MLS" button, that user will be presented with the Rapattoni MLS Listing Detail page for the specific property. Once logged on to the Rapattoni MLS, the authorized user can then move freely from the MLS to Realist and view reports on properties in each system simultaneously without having to log in and out of each system.

On May 19, 2010, the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services, Inc. (BAREIS MLS®) became the first Rapattoni MLS customer to go live with the new "Reverse Link" feature. BAREIS MLS® was a strong proponent of making the MLS data accessible from within Realist, and the implementation of the feature was made possible through coordinated efforts between Rapattoni's and Realist's technical teams.
