Bakersfield Association of REALTORS® Adds Real Estate Statistics Feature to Rapattoni MLS

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., June 30, 2010 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS® (Bakersfield) signed a contract for Rapattoni's industry leading statistics feature.

Powered by Trendgraphix, Inc's TrendVision Reports, Rapattoni's statistics tool is integrated into the Rapattoni MLS software and will enable Bakersfield's subscribers to view reports showing current, historical, and seasonal trends in real estate pricing, inventory, and days-on-market analysis. The reports generated are simple-to-use, visually pleasing, and provide users with a wealth of information.
