Vail Board of REALTORS® Signs Agreement for Rapattoni MLS

Simi Valley, California, April 4, 2011 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni), a leading provider of software and services to the real estate industry, announced today that the Vail Board of REALTORS® (Vail), located in Vail, Colorado, signed a multi-year contract for the Company's flagship Rapattoni MLS product. Vail serves approximately 700 members in the fast growing Eagle County region of Colorado.

Rapattoni MLS is the most dynamic multiple listing service software in the real estate industry. Utilizing the company's over 40 years of experience, Rapattoni MLS has an easy-to-use graphical interface and a myriad of customizable features. The software is cross-platform compatible and will enable Vail's members to use the system natively on both PCs and Mac® computers.

Vail's members will also have access to Rapattoni's robust and industry leading parcel mapping features. Utilizing public records data and powered by Microsoft® Bing^TM Maps, Rapattoni's parcel maps show the physical layouts of properties and the surrounding neighborhoods, along with an array of data that can be overlaid on the map. Rapattoni also will provide Vail with a full service call center with dedicated support for Vail's staff and members.
