Rapattoni Corporation Names Niki Rapattoni Executive Vice President and Ralph Hoover Senior Vice President

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., October 26, 2012 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni), a leading provider of software and services for the real estate industry, announced today that Niki Rapattoni, co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), has been named Executive Vice President (EVP), and Ralph Hoover, Chief Operations Officer (COO), has been named Senior Vice President and will retain the title of COO.

Niki has worked closely with her husband and co-founder, Andy Rapattoni, for 42 years and has overseen a major portion of the company and its operations. Serving as a co-founder, corporate officer, and a member of the board of directors, she has been instrumental in the company's success. As quoted in an interview, Niki said, "Andy dreams it up and builds it, and I make sure it gets installed and our customers and employees are happy. This new title ratifies what I've been doing for many years. We have a great leadership team with expertise in all areas of the real estate industry and technology."

Ralph started with the company in 1996 and was named COO in 2005. He serves on the company's leadership team overseeing the company's operations, and was recently appointed as a member of the board of directors. Ralph is responsible for several departments encompassing the direction and development of the Rapattoni Multiple Listing Service (MLS) software, overseeing the GIS/Mapping product, MLS implementation, staff support, and help desk. In addition, he oversees the technical support and multimedia departments.
