Nevada County Association of REALTORS® Signs a Multi-year Contract for Rapattoni MLS

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., January 9, 2013 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that the Nevada County Association of REALTORS® (Nevada County), located in Grass Valley, California, has signed a multi-year contract agreement for the Rapattoni MLS software and service. Nevada County currently serves approximately 640 members.

Rapattoni MLS provides an intuitive and graphically pleasing user interface which operates natively on PCs and Mac® computers. In addition to the desktop interface, the touch-based Rapattoni MLS tablet interface will allow Nevada County's members to search for listings on the go using most popular tablet devices. The tablet interface includes map-centric searching which delivers accurate and up-to-date listing information. Rapattoni will also be releasing a smart phone version of this mobile interface in early 2013.

As part of the agreement with Rapattoni, Nevada County will be implementing Rapattoni's built-in security feature, Secure Logon, featuring Adaptive Authentication technology. Nevada County will also utilize Rapattoni's popular real estate statistics feature powered by Trendgraphix, Inc's TrendVision Reports. This tool gives users the ability to view reports showing current, historical, and seasonal trends in real estate pricing, inventory, and days-on-market analysis in a stylish and user-friendly graphical interface.
