New easily accessible Email icons for Designated Realtors and Office Contacts

New icons have been added to the Office Query Form that allow users to conveniently open a line of communication directly to the Designated Realtor or the Office Contact via email. There has been a growing demand for readily accessible email information at the customer’s fingertips. Association staff often need to contact a member’s Designated Realtor or Office Manager while still viewing the member’s record. In previous versions of Magic, completing such a task would require multiple steps; with these new icons conveniently located on the Office Query Form, the number of steps and open screens required has been reduced to just one location.
