Issue:	How can I upload my agent photo from the Internet Member Services (IMS) website?

Internet Member Services gives your agents the ability to upload their own agent photos, which will be stored on your IMS server. These pictures will show on the agent’s personal information page and can be accessed if somebody is searching for a particular agent. It takes just a few clicks to complete the process. Adding a picture makes the personal information page look more professional, making it a powerful marketing tool for your members.

To Upload a Photo:

From the Home menu, click on Personal Information .

Next, select Upload Picture .

Click the Browse button to locate and open the picture file (picture must be in JPEG format). Then, click Upload Picture to preview the photo.

Click OK to complete the process. When you upload a picture to the IMS website, the software will automatically resize the photo if it does not meet the recommended picture size.

NOTE: The recommended picture size is 200 pixels wide by 300 pixels high (at 72 pixels/inch).
