Rapattoni Third-Party Software Compatibility

To configure CA Personal Firewall to work with with the MLS

1. Right click the CA Personal Firewall icon (located in the bottom right corner of your taskbar).
2. Select CA Personal Firewall > Open CA Personal Firewall
3. Click Privacy on the left.
4. Click Manage Sites… near the upper-right
5. Click +Add.
6. Under URL, enter “rapmls.com” and the URL of the page that you logon to the MLS from.
7. Uncheck all the boxes in the Cookies, Ad/Pop-up Blocking, and Mobile Code sections.
8. Click Close.

How does this help? By adding the MLS Web site, CA Personal Firewall will not block legitimate MLS functions.

What are the symptoms? MLS users who have CA Personal Firewall might have problems accessing drop-down menus within the program.
