Rapattoni Third-Party Software Compatibility

To configure the EarthLink® Toolbar™ to work with the MLS

1. Open a new Internet Explorer browser window.
2. On the EarthLink toolbar, click the arrow next to the Pop-Up Blocker button.
3. From the drop-down menu, select Pop-Up Blocker Options.
4. In the Options window, click Open Allow List.
5. In the Allow List window, double-click on a blank line.
6. Type "*.rapmls.com" and then add your MLS logon Web address on the next line (make sure the check box on the left side of the Web address is checked).
7. Click OK.

How does this help? These steps add the MLS Web site to the EarthLink Pop-up Blocker "whitelist" so that EarthLink will not stop legitimate MLS windows from displaying.

What are the symptoms? Various pages in the MLS may not display, such as Search Results and the Picture Gallery. This pop-up blocker briefly changes your cursor to a "red fist" when a window is blocked.
