Rapattoni Third-Party Software Compatibility

To configure Norton Internet Security™ to work with the MLS

  1. In your MLS, select Help > Diagnostic center.

NOTE: If you cannot see the Norton Toolbar, click View > Toolbars > Norton Toolbar.

  1. In the Internet Explorer toolbar, click the Norton Internet Security icon or the Norton Personal Firewall icon. (The icon might be labeled Web Assistant.)
  2. Uncheck Block ads on this site and Block popups on this site. The page automatically refreshes with the new settings.

How does this help? These steps ensure that the Norton pop-up blocker does not stop legitimate MLS windows from displaying.

What are the symptoms? Norton Internet Security contains features that can prevent you from logging on to the MLS, uploading a picture, and using the Map Pin Placement tool.
