|Issue:||How can I track contribution history for our members?|
Are you interested in looking up a certain member’s contribution history? Perhaps, you want to track the top contributors in your association and use this as a tool to solicit additional contributions. The Contribution History Report compiles information on contributions received from one or more members, based on criteria you specify.
Locating the Contribution History Report:
This report selects each member whose contributions during a specific time period (the Contribution Date range you enter) meets your criteria, and then prints a history of his/her total annual contributions for six years.
NOTE: If you feel the report is not reflecting the correct contribution amounts, there are a few things you may need to check. First of all, make sure that all the contribution charge codes are setup up properly in the charge code table. You also need to determine if the charge codes are assigned to the appropriate category and that you have placed a "check mark" for Accumulate Contribution History for the contributions you wish to track.
