How Easy is it to Send a Broadcast Email?

Our Broadcast Email feature seamlessly integrates with your Microsoft Outlook email client, allowing you to quickly draft an email to all committee members or registrants from classes and events.

It's Quick and Easy!

Step 1. Navigate to the class, event, or committee you want to email.

Step 2. Select the ID for the list of registrants to email.

Step 3. Click the “Broadcast Email” button on the toolbar.

Step 4. Outlook will open a new email window with all registrants’ emails placed in the BCC field. You can enter message text, add attached documents, etc. Once it’s sent, it will show in your “Sent Items” folder and will return any “undeliverable” messages to you.
