We have had a wonderful experience with our Rapattoni association membership support staff. They are amazing and patient people that have encouraged and guided us every step of the way as we learn and document procedures. They always take the time to walk us through each step of our questions, giving us time to take screenshots and document steps. The best part is they stay on our calls until we feel confident, understand what we are doing, or we work together until the task is complete. The Rapattoni staff are knowledgeable and we love working with them.
