Rapattoni Corporation has been serving the real estate industry since 1970. The company provides an array of integrated products and services for real estate associations and MLS organizations, including an internet-based MLS, association management software, Atlas Tax software, and the Connect Dashboard web portal, along with hosting and technical support for each service. Rapattoni's headquarters are in Westlake Village, California.
Mrs. Rapattoni co-founded Rapattoni Corporation with her late husband, Andy Rapattoni, in 1970 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. She has overseen the company’s growth since its inception, mentoring others in the areas of organization and management skills while promoting an atmosphere conducive to increased productivity and employee satisfaction. With over 50 years of expertise in the real estate industry, she has managed nearly every aspect of the company’s operations, from sales and accounting to marketing and human resources, and she was included in the Active Rain Real Estate Network’s list of the Top 25 Most Influential Women in Real Estate Leadership in 2008. She currently works with her executive, leadership, and management teams to ensure that Rapattoni Corporation continues to provide innovative software solutions paired with world-class support. Mrs. Rapattoni is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
Mr. Hoover started with Rapattoni Corporation in 1996, was named Chief Operations Officer in 2005, took on the additional role of Senior Vice President in 2012, was further elevated to Executive Vice President in 2015, and took the position of President in April 2016. He is a corporate director and chairs the executive, leadership, and management teams overseeing the company's operations. Mr. Hoover has in-depth knowledge of the Rapattoni Association Management Software (AMS) and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) products, oversees all operations, and is responsible for several departments encompassing the direction and development of the MLS software, including the GIS/Mapping product, MLS implementation, staff support, and help desk. In addition, he oversees the human resources, sales, contract administration, accounting, technical support, marketing communications, and multimedia departments.
Mr. Tepfer started with Rapattoni Corporation in 2003 and became the Manager of Technical Support in July of 2004, overseeing numerous departments including AMS technical support, level 2 MLS technical support, RETS, SSO, business processes, and multimedia. As Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, he is a member of the executive and leadership teams, represents the company at the national RESO meetings, attends technical expos and forums, and works closely with the President and executive leadership to envision new systems and features for the company's product line. Mr. Tepfer is also responsible for adhering to technical standards in the industry as well as building a strategy for advancing the company's technology platforms. Mr. Tepfer has a PCI Boot Camp Certification, a degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Hook joined Rapattoni Corporation as a Microsoft applications programmer in 2000 and advanced through a series of positions that included Programming Manager, Chief Technology Officer, and President in 2014, before taking the dual titles of Chief Architect and Chief Information Officer in 2016. He is a corporate director, serves on the company's executive and leadership teams, and with his domain knowledge of product architecture is highly influential in the direction and development of the Rapattoni Multiple Listing Service (MLS) software, Association Management Software (AMS), Atlas Tax, Connect Dashboard, and all other products and services. He oversees several departments, including programming, quality assurance, data administration, and network operations. Mr. Hook holds an A.S. in Computer Science.
Mrs. Catalan joined Rapattoni Corporation in January 2012 as Assistant Controller and became the Corporate Controller in June 2012. She was appointed as Director of Accounting and became a member of the leadership team in 2020. She was announced as Chief Accounting Officer and a member of the Executive team in August 2021. She oversees the Accounting Department to ensure that the financial management function of the company is compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and internal controls tenets; is responsible for overseeing the budget and forecast; and preparing timely and accurate financial reports. She also performs in-depth analyses of the company’s financial position and provides recommendations on profit improvement, cost management and risks mitigation. She has many years of combined accounting, financial, operations, strategic and project management (with emphasis on business process improvements, system management and international project deployment/implementation) experience spanning technology, diversified services/products, fashion/retail, and trading industries from small domestic companies, an international corporation and a multinational conglomerate. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (magna cum laude) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.
Mr. Wolfe started his career with Rapattoni in 1983 and has been involved with the sales and marketing of all of Rapattoni’s products. He worked closely with the company’s founder, Andy Rapattoni, as the association management software evolved through the years. Mr. Wolfe has been instrumental in selling the majority of Rapattoni’s AMS systems and almost all of the company’s MLS sales, including its first MLS customer in 1998. He returned from a brief retirement in 2016 to rejoin Rapattoni’s sales team. Mr. Wolfe ran a family owned business prior to joining Rapattoni and is a graduate of the University of Utah.
Mr. Quinn joined Rapattoni in 2018 to focus on Rapattoni MLS sales in addition to lending his expertise to the company's other products and services. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, beginning in 1986 with Offutt Publishing Company in Greensboro, North Carolina, an MLS book publishing firm which would go on to release InnoVia as one of the country's first Web-based MLS systems. Mr. Quinn rose to President in 1995 and, when the company was sold to First American Financial Corporation in 2007, Mr. Quinn ran InnoVia as a separate division under their Real Estate Divisions Group as Senior Vice President until First American spun the group off to what is now called CoreLogic. While at CoreLogic, Mr. Quinn served in many capacities. As IT Manager II, he managed two teams with a focus on providing great customer care while unofficially providing product management for two product lines and the sales of CoreLogic's new data compliancy product. As the role focused more on product management, sales, and implementation, Mr. Quinn moved into the product management team as a Senior Product Manager. In this role he led two products and continued selling the company's now booming data compliancy product. Due to this strong sales performance, Mr. Quinn was officially moved onto the sale team as Principal Account Executive. In this role he was responsible for many key CoreLogic customers before moving to MMSI in January of 2018 and then joining Rapattoni in July 2018.
Mr. Werber started with Rapattoni Corporation in 1996 and is responsible for Rapattoni's Association Management Software (AMS) product development, including Rapattoni Magic and the company's next generation Magic-Cloud AMS system. He also oversees the AMS installation, support, and training departments. Mr. Werber is the company's top expert in all things related to association management, leading all of Rapattoni's AMS teams and serving on the company's leadership team. He has traveled extensively to support Rapattoni's sales team as an expert on how associations run, providing product demonstrations on AMS and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) software products for prospective customers, as well as training presentations for new installations.
Mr. Dagle, who started with Rapattoni in 2001, has traveled extensively to install and train Rapattoni's customers on Multiple Listing Service (MLS) software and Association Management Software (AMS). He also supports Rapattoni's sales team by providing demonstrations for prospective customers. Mr. Dagle is an expert on how associations run and has planned and managed numerous complex MLS software installations, from design through installation, including multiple data shares. As Director of Implementation and Training for Rapattoni MLS, Connect Dashboard, and Atlas Tax, Mr. Dagle serves on the leadership team, is responsible for Rapattoni's MLS product development, and oversees the MLS implementation team.
Mrs. Proudfoot started with Rapattoni in 2007, was made the supervisor of MLS Help Desk in 2012, then supervisor of MLS Staff Support in 2016, and was appointed as Manager of MLS Staff Support in 2018. She was then promoted to Director of Support for Rapattoni MLS, Connect Dashboard, and Atlas Tax in 2022, in which role she serves on the leadership team while overseeing the MLS help desk and staff support teams.
Mrs. Eldridge started with Rapattoni in 1998 as the company's first contract administrator, took on management of AMS support in 2010, and was appointed to the position of Director of Sales in 2014. She is a member of the leadership team and oversees all sales and contract administration. Mrs. Eldridge has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
Mrs. Talbot-Leighton started with Rapattoni Corporation in November of 1987 as a trainer for the Rapattoni Association Management Software (AMS), was heavily involved in the development of the Rapattoni MLS since its inception, and took on the position of Product Manager in 1996. She currently serves on the Rapattoni leadership team, participates in overseeing the direction of the Rapattoni MLS/Mobile products, produces the training videos for the Rapattoni MLS desktop and tablet interfaces as well as Atlas Tax and Connect Dashboard, and continues to represent the corporation at major conferences and expos.
Mr. Marriott, who started with Rapattoni Corporation in 2003, manages Rapattoni's satellite office in Stanwood, Washington, and leads the company’s GIS/Parcel Mapping teams. He is a member of the leadership team and oversees the analysis and implementation of new MLS mapping technologies as well as public records data acquisition and processing for Atlas Tax. Prior to Rapattoni, Mr. Marriott served as a principal with Cevian Technologies, a GIS-technology company, where he led the development of a GIS-based real estate mapping application. From 1985 through 1999, Mr. Marriott was a project manager with The Boeing Company where he successfully managed numerous major projects with budgets totaling in excess of 400 million dollars. Mr. Marriott holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington
