Rapattoni Corporation is an application service provider that specializes in software and services for the real estate industry. Founded by Andy and Niki Rapattoni in 1970, Rapattoni has been providing software and services for real estate associations for nearly five decades.

Rapattoni’s subscription-based service model provides continuing enhancements and upgrades to take advantage of advancing technology at no additional charge. With this approach, Rapattoni protects its customers’ investment and ensures that their software will never be obsolete.

The company offers association management software called Rapattoni Magic-Cloud AMS that is specialized to meet the needs of real estate associations and regional multiple listing services. With this product, Rapattoni has achieved dominance among software vendors for real estate associations in the U.S., which comprise the largest trade-association market in the world. Rapattoni’s real estate association customers currently represent more than 80% of the nation’s Realtors®.

The company launched the Rapattoni MLS in 1999 as one of the first Internet-based MLS systems, and Rapattoni was able to leverage its strong reputation and long-term relationships within the industry to quickly become one of the largest MLS vendors. Today, the Rapattoni MLS is positioned to address all aspects of the MLS industry, including “Front End of Choice” solutions. Rapattoni MLS may be licensed for operation from a customer’s facility, or hosted in Rapattoni’s full-service, REALTOR® Secure-certified Internet data center. Rapattoni Integrated Website Service (IWS) allows associations and MLSs to easily create sophisticated interactive websites with configurable content, features, and modules. Highlights include a variety of template styles, a powerful content management system, and a member dashboard, plus expert installation and support. Rapattoni IWS meets the NAR Core Standards for interactive websites and it integrates with Rapattoni’s Association Management Software, Internet Member Services, and the Rapattoni MLS.
