Rapattoni Corporation is an application service provider that specializes in software and services for the real estate industry. Founded by Andy and Niki Rapattoni in 1970, Rapattoni has been providing software and services for real estate associations for over five decades.

Rapattoni’s subscription-based service model provides continuing enhancements and upgrades to take advantage of advancing technology at no additional charge. With this approach, Rapattoni protects its customers’ investment and ensures that their software will never be obsolete.

The company offers association management software called Magic+ that is specialized to meet the needs of real estate associations and regional multiple listing services. Built on the latest web technologies and standards, Magic+ delivers a modern browser-based member management system. The optional Association Website Module allows Magic+ customers to easily create sophisticated websites with a powerful content management system and native membership integration leveraging Rapattoni’s Magic API to provide interactive calendars, member/office searches, affiliate searches, and other features.

The company launched the Rapattoni MLS in 1999 as one of the first Internet-based MLS systems, and Rapattoni was able to leverage its strong reputation and long-term relationships within the industry to quickly become one of the largest MLS vendors. Today, the Rapattoni MLS is positioned to address all aspects of the MLS industry, including “Front End of Choice” solutions. Rapattoni MLS may be licensed for operation from a customer’s facility, or hosted in Rapattoni’s full-service, REALTOR® Secure-certified Internet data center. Toll-free agent and staff support are also available.

Rapattoni’s Atlas Tax service is a comprehensive property records system that delivers county tax records along with additional info drawn from census tract data, National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) school data, FEMA flood maps, custom Geographic Information System (GIS) parcel data, and other valuable resources. It supports integration with all MLS platforms, including listing input auto-population, using the real estate industry’s leading Application Programming Interface (API) and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, and is also available as a standalone tax service.

The company’s Connect Dashboard web portal brings together all of the sites and services Realtors® rely upon in a single central resource with secure Single Sign-On (SSO) links and Identity Provider (IdP) services. Featuring over 100 established SSO partners with new links available upon request, this comprehensive dashboard also includes widgets with association management software integration for billing and class/event registration, plus additional widgets leveraging Web API standards.
