When you find yourself in a situation where you need help on a task you are performing, contacting Rapattoni Magic Support is the way to get that assistance. The purpose of this article is to explain the proper processes for contacting us.
For support requests that are of an urgent nature (i.e., system is down, cannot process credit cards, IMS is down), please call our support line at 1-866-730-7115. Please have your support ID ready. You can find this ID by accessing the “Help” menu, then “About Support”. This will place you in our queue and your call will be answered by the next available representative.
Support requests of a less urgent nature can be handled via email to
Lastly, if you are inquiring on existing issues, please give us a call and, if you have it, please provide the ticket number assigned to your incident. Please do not send a new email to support inquiring on the issue, as it creates a new ticket number for the same incident.
Below is some information regarding support center service availability and hours of operation:
Support Service Hours. Support Service is provided between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and ½ day beginning at 12 noon Pacific Time on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Note that Rapattoni may substitute another excluded day when one of the above mentioned holidays falls on Saturday or Sunday. Said excluded day will be based on the nationally observed day for that holiday.
